Doctor Tejas took the appointment. He was extremely patient and enquired about all concerns. I am generally very scared, but he made me feel at ease, explained all the issues well and made sure the process was smooth. Definitely recommend.

*** **** ***** *** **** ***** * **** **** **** ****** **** ***** After booking my appointment on telephone, I was warmly received at the reception and within a matter of a few minutes I was called in for consultation with the doctor. *** ************* *** * ************* **** * she carefully examined my condition with almost all digital instruments in her clinic, and then very easily made me understand my current condition and the possible course of action.

It was around 9:10 pm in the night and upon my request, she did agree for the procedure to relive me of my pain. Within ten minutes I was called back in for the procedure and during the entire course of 30 minutes, I didn't feel any sort of pain or sensations, the best thing about her was that she continued asking me after every step, if I was comfortable to go further, *** *** *** *** ****** ********* *** ********* ** ** ******* ** *** ****** ******* ** *** *********** ***** *** **********

After this session I was completely out of pain and happy that contrary to the view of dental procedures being painful, I was hardly feeling any pain. I have to take another session for dental cleaning with her, and I am really relaxed and happy, **** * **** ***** * ***** ****** *** ****

Overall experience from the visit to the procedure is a memorable and delighting for me. All I have to say to her is "Thanks alot doctor, thanks a ton for helping me out of my pain.."

I was having severe pain in my tooth, as my tooth filling had got chipped. I visited Dr Pol’s clinic through Practo, though Dr Anuradha Pol was not there, my problem was analysed and treatment was suggested by Dr Priyanka. I decided to go for recommended RCT as refilling was not recommended. Dr Priyanka was very friendly and treated well, I felt better after first sitting itself. It took multiple sittings for treatment and crown fitting, Dr Anuradha Pol also supervised during one of the sitting. Overall it was a good experience.

Dr Anuradha took care of me like family. She infuses a sense of confidence in you and makes the whole process comfortable. She also worked around my time constraints as a senior citizen. She and her husband (Dr Pol) are one of my top doctors for dental care and treatment.

I was suggested Smile Dental Clinic in Vashi by a friend. Since I had pain in my tooth, I had to urgently look for respite & I came to Dr. Pol's Clinic. With professional treatment meted out right from the start, the entire process was streamlined. Dr. Pol immediately checked & provided immediate diagnosis regarding my issue and provided an instant solution. Following this, the doctor provided the entire timeline of the procedure beforehand so that I understood what was to be done. The appointment procedure is well managed with SMS notifications as well as reminder calls. A definite recommendation for anyone in the Navi Mumbai region.

The Myth of Root Canal Treatment being painful has been busted. Being phobic to needles, i was very apprehensive initially. But after the procedure started it was smooth sailing. Not only did Dr. Anuradha make sure that i was made comfortable but also was extremely professional and caring. At every stage of the procedure there were explanation on what is the next course of action and every care was taken to ensure that there was absolutely no pain involved in the entire procedure. A big thank you to Dr. Anuradha.

Dr Anuradha told me that I need 2 extractions and 3 fillings, cost og one extraction is Rs 4500 and

one filling is 1700. I was made to pay Rs 400, 200 as consultation fees and 200 for x ray.I was not told prior for x ray fees and neither I was provided with x ray film. She doesnt accepts online payments. Now today after having x ray of complete mouth I was diagonsed with one extraction and 2 minor fillings only

It was a very worst experience . I went for a pain of teeth and cleaning . He suggested to remove teeth instead of giving any medicine . I told him that I want to clean my teeth as well he asked fees of 950 Rs for cleaning. He cleaned only lower part and asked to come in next couple of days for upper teeth cleaning which I have pay again 950 Rs. Doctor has not given any payment receipt also . I don't understand why they don't informed precisely about how much money patient have to pay.
